Because each Singing Postcard is personalised and created to your specifications, we cannot accept returns of completed orders.

However, we want you to be delighted with your personalised song. If you are unhappy with the song you've received, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will review your concerns and, where reasonable, offer revisions to the lyrics, vocals, or musical style to help ensure you're happy with the final result.

 

If we are unable to resolve the issue through revisions, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund.

 

If your postcard arrives damaged or there is an error with your order that was caused by us, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
